Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Expenses and Disbursements: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, including data entry and compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
  2. Investigate and Resolve Queries: Take initiative in investigating and resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  3. Communicate Effectively: Share knowledge with team members through effective communication to ensure accurate and consistent processing according to internal procedures.
Requirements
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel Skills: Utilize Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot tables to analyze and process financial data.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Develop and explain complex financial concepts to colleagues outside of the Business Finance team.
  • 2+ Years' Experience: Process invoices with quick and accurate data entry, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Organizational Skills: Prioritize workload effectively, adjusting for problems and roadblocks, and provide excellent customer service.
