Duties of the Accounts Receivable Officer

The Accounts Receivable Officer is a critical role within DLL, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our finance team.

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be tasked with maintaining the Unapplied Suspense account volumes under control and ensuring reconciliations for the Australian and New Zealand group are completed by the 3rd business day of each month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and perform timely reconciliations to prevent any discrepancies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to unapplied suspense transactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure seamless communication.
About Our Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume environment, preferably in accounts receivable or a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookup functions.
