Are you a visionary leader looking to shape the future of sustainable buildings and communities? As a Senior / Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients towards a more sustainable and low-carbon future.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Sustainability Consulting team as we empower businesses to reduce their environmental footprint. As a senior consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to achieve net-zero carbon emissions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in building systems and services or mechanical engineering combined with expertise in sustainable design and building performance. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive site assessments and energy audits, developing and implementing Net Zero Carbon pathways for new and existing buildings, and delivering NABERS evaluations and improvement plan development.

  • Lead client programs and project delivery
  • Conduct site assessments and energy audits
  • Develop Net Zero Carbon pathways
  • Deliver NABERS evaluations
  • Support Green Star certification projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of experience in mechanical building services consultancy, building design, or operations
  • Experience with Green Star Performance and/or Green Star Interiors rating tools
  • Proven track record in Net Zero Carbon strategy or NABERS Improvement Plan development
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Project management experience with proven client relationship capabilities
