Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Handyperson Part-Time to join our team at Marriott International. As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, plunging toilets, and fixing leaky faucets.
  • Conduct miscellaneous minor repairs, such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
