Production Line Manager Job Opportunity

Job Description:

The successful applicant will oversee and lead the efficient operation of the production line, ensuring workflow efficiency, documentation accuracy, and output quality.

This includes planning, scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring all vehicles are delivered to specification, on time, and in compliance with relevant standards and policies.

  • Lead daily operations to meet company key performance indicators.
  • Manage a small team of technicians, assistants, and apprentices assigned to vehicle builds.
  • Drive a positive team culture fostering respect, accountability, and productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing or production management is essential. Automotive industry experience is preferred but not necessary.

  • Demonstrated experience with quality management systems (QMS) or ISO9001.
  • Proven ability to apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
  • Excellent understanding of safety principles and behaviors.
