Product Development Manager

This role involves managing seasonal and promotional ranges, working closely with our sourcing office to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of private label strategies and products
  • Deliver sales, profit, and agreed private label deliveries
  • Manage effective sourcing relationships with manufacturers
  • Ensure all deliverables are achieved in line with brand values and contractual obligations
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships for successful business outcomes

  • China sourcing expertise
  • Supply chain, logistics, and negotiation skills
  • Stakeholder and project management strength
  • Passion for delivering great products
