Business Overview

Our finance team provides business partnership and specialist accounting and financial analysis support to our investors and internal teams through finance strategy, business planning and budgeting, workforce planning, fund accounting, corporate financial and management reporting, corporate tax and regulatory reporting, accounts receivable and payable and procurement.

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting group reporting requirements, compliance and accounts management as an Assistant Corporate Accountant at IFM. You'll provide guidance to the Accounts Payable team, manage credit card applications, assist in preparing monthly corporate accounts including reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, leave accruals, leases and prepayments.

You'll also contribute to process improvements, support the annual audit process and respond to information requests from both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Background and Experience
  • Experience typically 2+ years as a graduate accountant.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Commerce.
  • Detailed market knowledge.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Business acumen, financial metrics and key performance drivers.
  • Financial understanding.
  • High level numerical skills required.
