Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, with experience in areas such as carpentry, painting, gardening, and plumbing. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of all rooms, swimming pools, amenities, and communal areas.
  • Perform a range of general maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, painting, gardening, and plumbing.
  • Respond to repair needs and carry out preventative maintenance projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve operational excellence.
