About the role
- Permanent full-time role based in our Weipa Depot
- Reports to Property & Maintenance Manager
- Manage the Preventative Maintenance schedules and Reactive Maintenance works in residential properties and Accommodation Villages
- Provide leadership and supervision to our maintenance team
- Assist the team on the tools as required
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Contribute towards any improvements or initiatives relating to productivity or costs.
- Work in partnership with our client and key stakeholders
- Accommodation allowance and vehicle provided
Skills & experience
- Trade or Engineering qualification
- Warehousing, manufacturing, or trades background
- CMMS experience (essential)
- Urbanise system knowledge (desirable)
- Strong financial literacy and ability to manage budgets and commercial agreements
- Experience with preventative and condition-based maintenance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and safety
- For onboarding you need the G1 & G8,9
