Role Overview

This is an opportunity to lead the product vision and roadmap for AI Ops (Resilience) capabilities.

You will be responsible for owning the product strategy, defining OKRs, prioritizing backlogs, planning releases, and communicating outcomes with transparent reporting.

As a Technical Product Owner, you will partner with cross-functional teams to instrument SLIs/SLOs, reduce MTTR/MTTD, and industrialize practices like error budgeting, capacity management, and failure-mode analysis.

You will integrate AIOps with operational tooling and processes, translate operational pain points into clear requirements, and embed telemetry and robust product analytics to validate value realization.

Additionally, you will navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, align priorities, manage dependencies, and balance innovation with control obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value
  • Instrument SLIs/SLOs and industrialize operational practices
  • Embed telemetry and product analytics
  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes

Requirements:

  • Proven Product Ownership experience in technology operations or SRE
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and reporting skills
  • Experience with SRE and resiliency practices: SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, incident/major incident management, post-incident review, chaos testing, DR/BCP, and capacity/performance engineering
