Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a dedicated team of professionals in the Opioid Treatment Program at the Wallama Clinic, Wyong Hospital.

As a Nursing Unit Manager, you will provide expert care to clients with drug and/or alcohol issues, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality care to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement among staff.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centred care to clients.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
  • Strong background in clinical leadership, with experience managing teams to deliver excellent care to clients.
  • Innovative and collaborative approach, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.
