Mental Health Clinical Leader

As a Clinical Nurse, you will lead clinical practice, education, and research in the Adult Community South Team, providing expert, independent mental health care and coordinating complex patient needs while driving clinical leadership and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, deliver patient education, provide therapeutic interventions, and assist with discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.
- Facilitate clinical education, training, and supervision for students.
- Provide clinical leadership across professional practice, education, and research, while supporting management activities and portfolio responsibilities.
- Lead physical health assessments and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to monitor and address patients' physical health needs.
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinical Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mental Health. As a skilled practitioner, you will be able to drive clinical excellence, educate, and train staff, while contributing to the development of high-quality mental health services.
