Our ideal candidate is a passionate and dedicated educator who can provide high-quality care and education to children in an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) setting. As an OSHC Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children, while also contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 5-12 years
  • Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to decision-making processes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in child care and education
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed Diploma or Certificate IV in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (preferably in an OSHC setting)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children
