Clinical Care Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Leader to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional resident outcomes. Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will lead and support the clinical and personal care teams to ensure high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective clinical care strategies that align with Aged Care quality Standards and organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring the delivery of quality resident outcomes.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by closely following policies and procedures, including IPC, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Comprehensive Clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
  • Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role.
  • Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Strong customer-centric approach to business.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Competent IT skills including full Microsoft suite.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
