Job Title

Insights Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver actionable data-driven recommendations to aid in the development and execution of business strategies.
  • Measure the impact of initiatives and identify opportunities to support business growth.
  • Provide a diverse range of analyses and insights leveraging large customer and transactional data.
  • Initiate proactive projects within and beyond the Data & Analytics realm.
  • Define and track critical metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create automated dashboards and uncover new data opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with data and turning it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
  • Experience in leveraging and analysing large customer and transactional data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by commercial acumen.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
