Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to join our innovative Digital Team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business landscape by leveraging your expertise in data modeling, integration, and analysis.

This is a permanent, full-time position within our Applications, Data and Integration team, offering the unique opportunity to collaborate with a close-knit team of experts, including Data Scientists, BI Specialists, and Application Specialists. You will contribute to building data models and pipelines that support meaningful and actionable analytics, driving positive change with an engaged and supportive business.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering data and reporting requirements from stakeholders across the business, translating them into effective, scalable analytics solutions. You will build and maintain clean, reliable datasets using SQL and Python within Databricks, supporting both operational reporting and strategic analysis.

You will develop and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to help drive data-informed decisions. Additionally, you will use Python/pySpark in Databricks to automate data preparation, analysis, and reporting workflows. You will also work with cloud-based data platforms, particularly within Microsoft Azure, collaborating with engineering team members to ensure data solutions are secure, reliable, and well-integrated.
