  • We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $41.74-$45.04, plus 11.5% superannuation, ensuring a rewarding compensation package.
As a Service Excellence Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of business processes and promoting a positive brand image;
  • Cultivating relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives;
  • Embracing ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Qualifications:
  • Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent qualifications/experience;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • A Class C Drivers Licence;
  • Fundamental Level key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table.
