**Job Description:** As an HVAC and Building Automation Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing existing service accounts and relationships. You will also be responsible for business development to grow the client base and sell additional services.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor under pressure. You will need to entertain and meet with clients regularly to maintain relationships and ensure they are satisfied.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant prior industry experience, and proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).

You will also be responsible for estimating, selling, setting up, and managing service accounts, as well as reviewing service tickets and following up as necessary. Additionally, you will need to coordinate execution of work with the Service Manager and Service Coordinator, and maintain relationships internally, with clients, and with vendors.

This position involves cross-selling and promoting other company services, and working in various markets such as Commercial, Manufacturing, K-12, Higher Ed, Government, Institutional, Healthcare, Data Centers, and Religious.

Please note that this is a sales-focused role, and you will be expected to take the lead on developing new business and growing the client base.
