Project Management Office Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Management Office professional to lead our transformation and strategic objectives. In this role, you will play a key part in driving company-wide initiatives that align with our business goals and support long-term growth and success.

As a senior project management office professional, you will be responsible for leading critical projects that align with our business objectives and support long-term growth and success. You will work closely with our global teams to ensure alignment, clear communication, and the successful execution of initiatives across regions.

This role requires a proactive, solutions-focused individual who can manage multiple stakeholders, influence at all levels, and keep projects on track from initiation through to delivery. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong project management background in call centre environments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End Project Management of company-wide initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the Company strategy and delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - engaging with internal and external stakeholders and partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with business objectives.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation - Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring continuity of operations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Governance & Reporting - Establish and maintain project governance standards, providing regular updates, reporting on project status, milestones, risks, and benefits to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with teams across departments to ensure dependencies are managed, priorities are aligned, and resources are effectively allocated.
  • Change Management - Support organisational change by incorporating change management principles into project planning and execution, ensuring successful adoption and business readiness.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve project delivery frameworks, tools, and processes, and contribute to the overall maturity and effectiveness of the PMO.
  • Resource Planning & Management - Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning, ensuring the right skills are available to meet project demands and timelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years experience in a project management office role.
  • Experience leading projects for call centres.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Able to work outside of traditional business hours, to liaise with our head office in Paris and other global time zones.
  • It is highly advantageous experience in hospitality or loyalty membership programs, as well as previous experience in a global organisation.
