IEPro are currently working with a respected national client-side project management organisation to assist in finding a motivated Project Manager to join their team in Gold Coast.

This organisation consists of a dedicated team of specialist and construction management professionals who are driven by their overarching commitment to their clients. In this role, you'll harness your experience to bring value to the organisation in project planning and management.

The Role:
  • You will be the lead Project Manager on a variety of concurrent projects across varying sectors
  • You will have the ability to work autonomously and play a key role in the continued growth of the business, maintaining a strong business network and delivering successful project outcomes
  • As an important member of the team, you will have the opportunity to progress your career within the company and pursue areas of development that interest you
  • You will also work closely with senior management on projects and assist in identifying new business opportunities
  • Working closely with clients and other stakeholders, you will build strong, long-term client relationships and continue to expand and develop your industry network
  • You will be responsible for full life cycle project management
  • You will be required to travel as a part of this role
About You:

Our client is looking for a Project Manager with five years' experience working on multidisciplinary civil projects in Australia, in addition to:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience across a range of civil projects
  • A strong team player
  • Willingness and ability to lead and develop less experienced members of the project team
