Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to manage the execution of our new build projects from pre-construction through to handover and defect liability. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing commercial new build projects or projects with structural works, ensuring compliance with building specifications and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Lead and mentor project teams
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Manage tender processes, contract administration, and negotiations
  • Oversee financial reporting and identify opportunities for profit improvement
About You:
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects as a project manager
  • Natural leadership and team management skills
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Projects, Procore, and other construction management software
