Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our retail team in Melbourne.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, working across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist customers with their purchases and ensure they leave the store satisfied;
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently;
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support each other in meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Operational Efficiency - Maintain high standards of operational efficiency, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently;
  • Teamwork - Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and support each other in meeting business objectives;
  • Store Maintenance - Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
