**Responsibilities**

We seek a bubbly and enthusiastic customer-focused member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience and be able to work well under pressure.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Serving ice cream and desserts to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Cleaning the freezer and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
  • Ordering stock and managing inventory levels.
  • Opening and closing the store, including performing opening and closing duties such as counting tills and taking care of necessary paperwork.
  • Maintaining daily safety record sheets.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail experience.
  • A friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards customers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
