Strategic Sponsorships Manager

We are seeking a driven and strategic manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will take ownership of sponsorships from identification to delivery—negotiating contracts and reporting on results.

About the Role
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, and selection of sponsorship opportunities aligned with brand and commercial goals
  • Develop and manage an annual sponsorship calendar in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Build compelling business cases for sponsorships, including target audience insights, ROI projections, and cost analysis
  • Negotiate sponsorship contracts to secure maximum value and brand visibility
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of sponsorships—from briefing and branding to event presence and stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency and amplification across owned and earned channels
  • Develop detailed post-event reports, measure performance, and recommend improvements for future sponsorships
About You
  • A marketing professional with 5+ years' experience in trade marketing, partnerships, or sponsorships
  • Proven track record managing external sponsorships and activations that drive measurable outcomes
  • Strong project manager with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Skilled negotiator and communicator—comfortable presenting to senior leaders and representing the business externally
  • Able to balance stakeholder needs across sales, editorial, brand and commercial teams with strategic agility
  • Confident managing vendor relationships, activation teams, and live event logistics
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture and takes initiative to drive results
