
Senior Client Partner

As a senior client partner, you will be responsible for leading multiple account teams and overseeing the agency's most critical accounts. This role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
Key responsibilities include managing budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring consistent quality across all deliverables. You will also be expected to orchestrate collaboration between departments, bringing together creative, production, technology, and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions that exceed client expectations.
Additionally, you will champion innovation at a group level, identifying opportunities to implement emerging technologies and methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across multiple accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in account management or related roles within a full-service advertising agency. They will possess exceptional business acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to translate client business challenges into effective creative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record of driving significant business growth for clients while nurturing and developing team members.
- Ability to integrate cutting-edge technologies like generative AI into client strategies.
- Respected voice in client and agency meetings, with clear articulation of complex strategies.
- Experience managing large-scale accounts, rolling out production shoots, and heading up projects that move fast and are constantly evolving.
