
Banking Customer Liaison Officer

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in providing customers with exceptional banking experiences. You will be responsible for meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless branch experiences by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs.
- Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Contribute to significant uplifts in customer engagement and advocacy.
- Participate in bank programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
