As a Customer Banking Specialist Relief, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer outcomes through collaborative efforts with your team and customers. This includes providing relief support to other branches across various locations such as Hobart, Kingston, Huonville, Sandy Bay, Moonah, Glenorchy, New Norfolk, Rosny, Sorell, Oatlands.

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support using our in-branch technology and digital banking options. Key tasks include assessing customers' financial health, identifying opportunities for growth, and referring them to specialist team members when necessary.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to empathize with customers, and a strong work ethic. You should be comfortable working independently while also being able to collaborate effectively with your team to achieve common goals.

This role requires someone who can adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach. You will need to be proactive in building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and finding solutions that meet their expectations.
