About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Hanrahan Health. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians in providing high-quality therapy services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of clinicians to achieve clinical excellence and meet organizational goals
- Conduct regular quality supervision sessions with clinicians to ensure they are meeting clinical standards
- Support clinicians to achieve their clinical utilization targets and develop their skills and knowledge
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new clinicians who align with our organization's values and mission
- Develop and implement effective induction programs for new staff to ensure a smooth transition into the team
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and open communication
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives
- Ensure that all documentation and records are maintained to the highest standard
- Manage site issues related to workplace health and safety, space allocations, and resources
- Seek and capture feedback from clients to inform service improvements

About You
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of clinicians in a healthcare setting
- Considerable experience as a clinician providing therapy services in a range of settings
- Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary team environment and promoting collaboration and open communication
- Reliable vehicle and current full driver's license
Qualifications
- University-qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or certified practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
