Job Overview

As a project management professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of clinical research affairs. This involves effectively managing projects and conducting clinical operations to meet key milestones and deliverables.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with sponsors to ensure that studies are conducted efficiently and effectively.

You will have responsibility for managing project scopes and costs to minimize financial risk and ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Act as primary liaison between sponsors and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional team leaders and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project contractual deliverables including milestone payments and quality insurance.
  • Oversee project scopes and costs to control financial risk.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and guidelines at the project level.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate processes and systems such as CTMS, OA eTMF etc.
  • Proactively participate in bid defense process.
  • Provide necessary training for project team members and build an effective team.
  • Provide feedback on project team member's performance to respective line managers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in medical, pharmacology, or biology-related field. College diploma may be accepted with relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of current drug development processes and regulations, including local regulations and GCP.
  • Minimum 10 years industry experience, including 6 years project management experience and CRO work experience preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; local language fluency preferred.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
