Site Operations Manager

The role involves overseeing the operational and client management aspects of three wind farms in Western Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement health, safety, and environmental policies at each site.
  • Lead and manage direct reports and site employees to ensure effective teamwork.
  • Develop budgets for the wind farms under your management and monitor actuals versus budget.
  • Assist the regional service manager with managing service contract billing plans and identifying potential risks.

  • Proven experience in operations management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
