Job Title: Renewable Energy Project Manager
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced project manager to lead a team in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operation and client management of wind farms in the region.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring safe working practices and adherence to company policies
- Lead and manage direct reports and site employees, providing coaching and guidance as needed
- Develop and manage budgets for wind farm operations, forecasting costs and identifying areas for cost savings
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business)
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

This is a full-time position, requiring regular travel to wind farm sites in Western Australia.
