We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Specialist to join our team in a regional setting, providing specialized psychiatric care to a diverse patient base.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality mental health care to patients within the integrated Mental Health and ATODS, as well as the Homeless Health Outreach Team
- Work in an environment with wide-open spaces and panoramic views, serving a population with unique casemix diversities
- FRANZCP, FACRRM, or FRACGP + FARGP qualification
- MBBS or equivalent registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Eligibility for registration as a Specialist in Psychiatry with AHPRA
- Permanent full-time position with a competitive remuneration package ranging from $265,800 to $583,039 p.a.
- Attraction and retention incentive allowance of 35%-50% base annual salary
- Regional and rural attraction allowance of 15% base annual salary
- Inaccessibility allowance of $34,500 p.a.
- Motor vehicle allowance
- 5 weeks Annual Recreational Leave accumulation with 17.5% loading when taken
- Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%
- Professional development allowance and leave of 3.6 weeks p.a.
- Rent-FREE accommodation (up to 17 months) and salary packaging options
Eligible health workers relocating to Queensland may qualify for incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Incentive Scheme, and enjoy Qantas return fare discounts starting from 20%.
