The Procurement Analyst position is based at our Victoria Park head office. Monadelphous has established a reputation for excellence, reliability, and flexibility in service delivery, while nurturing long-term client relationships. We are in search of seasoned procurement professionals with a robust background in services, assets, and commodities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee supplier management, contract administration, and internal stakeholder engagement across both Materials and Services.
  • Provide procurement assistance to operations for various requirements.
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data utilizing our system platforms to convey essential insights.
  • Examine spending patterns to pinpoint sourcing, cost reduction, supply consolidation, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Implement strategic sourcing for business needs to achieve contracted pricing and terms.
  • Manage supplier performance and develop category strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., commerce, economics, law, supply chain management).
  • Proven experience in the strategic sourcing process, including strategy development, sourcing, negotiation, contract drafting, administration, and supplier performance management.
  • Experience in data analysis to evaluate products, services, vendors, and company data for value opportunities.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptable interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, vlookup, and cost model development).
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for clear and impactful data presentation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and comprehensive analytical skills.
  • Professional and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to leverage data and market trends to enhance business functions and strategies.
  • Capability to create and manage contractual documents, from tendering to ongoing management.
