We are seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to join our Corporate division, working from our Victoria Park head office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supplier management, contract administration, and internal stakeholder management across both Materials and Services.
Key Responsibilities- Accountability for supplier management, contract administration, and internal stakeholder management across both Materials and Services
- Provide procurement support to operations for Ad-hoc requirements
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data using our system platforms to communicate key insights
- Analyzing spend patterns to identify sourcing, cost reduction, supply consolidation, and improvement opportunities
- Executing strategic sourcing for business requirements to deliver contracted pricing and terms
- Managing supplier performance and developing category strategies
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. commerce, economics, law, supply chain management)
- Demonstrated experience of the strategic sourcing process including strategy development, sourcing, negotiation, contract drafting, administration, and supplier performance management;
- Prior experience in data analysis to complete an analysis of products, services, vendors, and company data to identify value opportunities;
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a flexible interpersonal style to construct effective partner relationships
- Intermediate or Advanced level with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, cost model building)
- Intermediate or Advanced level with PowerPoint (enabling clear and impactful presentation of the data to support effective decision making)
- A strong problem solver with comprehensive analytical skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and succinctly (verbally and written)
- Utilizing data and market trends to effectively improve business functions and strategies.
