The position of Procurement Analyst is based at our Victoria Park office. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee supplier management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement across both Materials and Services.
- Provide procurement assistance to operations for various requirements.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data utilizing our system platforms to convey essential insights.
- Assess spending patterns to uncover sourcing, cost-saving, supply consolidation, and enhancement opportunities.
- Implement strategic sourcing for business needs to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and formulate category strategies.

What You Will Bring
- A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., commerce, economics, law, supply chain management).
- Proven experience in the strategic sourcing process, including strategy formulation, sourcing, negotiation, contract drafting, administration, and supplier performance oversight.
- Prior experience in data analysis to evaluate products, services, vendors, and company data for value identification.
- A strong work ethic and adaptable interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, vlookup, and cost model development).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for clear and impactful data presentation to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with comprehensive analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capability to leverage data and market trends to enhance business functions and strategies.
- Experience in managing contractual documents throughout the tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award, and ongoing management processes.
