The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, accreditation as a Return-to-Work Coordinator, and demonstrated knowledge and experience in OHS, Injury Management/Return to Work.
Requirements:- A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety with accreditation as a Return-to-Work Coordinator.
- Demonstrated knowledge & experience in OHS, and Injury Management/Return to Work including the ability to implement, maintain, and monitor relevant systems.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including ability to collaborate and work with managers to bring about change.
- Strong attention to detail and responsive, proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
