Site Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Operations Manager to lead our front-of-house and back-of-house teams in a fast-paced, complex environment.

The Job Overview:

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintaining high service standards. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue while optimising resources across the operation.

  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the site, ensuring that all operations meet strict food safety, HACCP, and compliance standards.
  • Team Management: Train, mentor, and manage team performance, fostering a strong and adaptable team culture.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service, handle challenges, and continuously improve service flow across multiple service areas.
The Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a commitment to safety and service excellence, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You should also have financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, reporting, and quality management systems. A passion for quality and continuous improvement is essential, as well as a can-do attitude and a solutions-focused mindset.
