Job Overview

As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our on-road traffic teams to deliver safe and effective traffic management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support traffic controllers across multiple sites
  • Foster a proactive safety culture through coaching and mentoring
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and audits to ensure compliance
  • Develop and implement traffic control plans, procedures, and safe work practices
  • Respond to incidents, lead investigations, and manage reporting
  • Support the development of field staff through training and mentorship
  • Build strong relationships with clients to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
  • Manage fleet, equipment, and compliance checks to maintain sector-leading standards
  • Conduct drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy
