Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all property services and maintenance works, ensuring timely completion and budget compliance
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and manage certification for essential services
  • Establish strong client relationships through regular updates, meetings, and formal reporting
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to building tenants and attend tenant forums
  • Prepare and manage annual operations budgets and monitor quarterly performance
  • Conduct regular building inspections, oversee specialist contractors, and procure goods and services
  • Participate in industry forums and implement improvement projects using best practices and industry standards
Requirements
