Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard Operations Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team.

  • This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our RTO, while supporting the delivery of high-quality education and training resources.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and manage administrative functions of the ALA, including enrolments, certification, compliance reporting, and student records.
  2. Respond to enquiries, provide course information, and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
  3. Support compliance and continuous improvement processes within the RTO.
  4. Assist with the development, design and proofing of competency-based training resources.
  5. Coordinate meetings, workshops and projects to support the delivery of Learning and Development outcomes.
  6. Act as the key day-to-day contact for members, stakeholders and industry partners.
