Haemodialysis Nursing Specialist

Renal healthcare providers are seeking skilled and compassionate individuals to join their multidisciplinary team for home haemodialysis care.
- Clinical Role
- Assess, train, and support patients transitioning to home-based dialysis
- Provide remote counselling and in-person support, including cannulation and clinical issue management
- Coordinate care plans and communicate clearly across the multidisciplinary team
- Promote culturally sensitive, patient-centred engagement and appropriate escalation
- Participate actively in continuous learning and collaborative problem solving
- Key Responsibilities
- Train and educate patients to safely perform haemodialysis within their own home
- Provide timely and effective solutions to patient treatment challenges
- Develop comprehensive care plans that cater to individual patient needs
- Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams
