About the Role:
As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities find suitable and sustainable employment. With a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building, this position requires someone who is passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Source and develop employment opportunities for job seekers
- Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment that matches their abilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
- Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
- Create and implement joint job plans to support clear pathways to employment
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community organisations
What You'll Need:
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
- Full-time availability Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
