Disability Employment Specialist

Make a difference in the lives of others and your own by pursuing a career as a Disability Employment Specialist.

You will be based at our Fremantle site, working collaboratively with our team to support people with injuries, illnesses or disabilities to find suitable and sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
  • Create and implement a joint job plan with the job seeker to support a clear pathway to employment

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
