We are seeking a skilled Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a key player in this role, you will collaborate with the sales and management teams to develop strategies aimed at expanding our client base, improving retention rates, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish strong relationships and communication channels with key business clients
- Develop personalized strategies to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Provide clients with comprehensive analytics and reporting mechanisms through regular business reviews
- Work closely with the business team to standardize onboarding processes
- Act as a subject matter expert in payment solutions, guiding merchants in their global payments strategy
- Maintain current knowledge of all services offered by the company
- Apply a results-driven approach with excellent project management skills and ability to lead time-sensitive initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- At least 5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or similar roles
- Proven track record in inside sales, handling customer objections, and leading customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Familiarity with Smartsheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
