Senior Payments Architect

We seek a seasoned architect to lead our payments transformation.
This individual will shape the payments architecture across high-profile projects, ensuring robustness and regulatory compliance in mission-critical environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural strategies for payments initiatives, aligning with business objectives and regulatory demands.
- Design complex system integrations, ensuring seamless transactions across platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, fostering best practices in architecture and software development.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate risks and architectural challenges in high-availability, high-security settings.
Necessary Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Solution Architect in banking or financial services.
- Strong technical background in payments architecture, transactions, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with real-time payments, batch processing, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies.
- Experience working in high-risk, high-complexity environments, ensuring security, compliance, and resilience.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
