About the Role

As an Administration Officer with the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District, you will provide timely and accurate customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff. You will be responsible for collecting patient data, maintaining confidentiality, and entering information into our iPM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer-focused service to our patients and staff
  • Collect and maintain patient data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Enter information into our iPM system
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive administrative knowledge and experience, including reception duties, with effective customer service skills. You will also need to be able to prioritize, coordinate, and time manage daily tasks, as well as work both independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and NSW Health programs.
