Job Title: OOSH Coordinator

Service Location: Quakers Hill

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OOSH Coordinator for a leading service in Quakers Hill.

The Role
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance in all areas of the National Quality Framework.
  • Develop opportunities for growth within your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to the National Quality Framework (NQF) and guiding principles.
  • Develop and implement an educational program aligned with My Time, Our Place (MYTOP), involving all stakeholders.
  • Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and school community, promoting a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with your team to develop behavioural support plans.

**The Service:

  • Licensed for 250 children, offering a dynamic and supportive environment.
  • Operates during vacation care, providing stability and consistency for our staff.
  • Experience with Aftercare and Registration (A&R) is advantageous.

**Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood Education setting.
  • Minimum Certificate III in Education and Care, with a passion for professional development.
  • Natural drive to upskill and mentor team members, promoting excellence in education and care.
  • Genuine interest in working with children and families, making a positive impact on their lives.
