Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Repair Receiving Operator. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unpack and sort devices from pallets, preparing them for scanning and storage
  • Scan devices into our inventory management system, CAMS
  • Pack and label devices for storage and shipping
  • Manage discrepancies and communicate with stakeholders
  • Perform repair services tasks, including screening, Level 1 testing, and cleaning
  • Support logistics services tasks, such as receiving and dispatch
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic IT experience and understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles
  • Experience in a Level 1 testing, warehousing, or logistics environment
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
