We are seeking a skilled Repair Equipment Specialist to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Level 1 testing, warehousing, distribution, or logistics environment and possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unpacking and sorting equipment for scanning and storage
  • Scanning and processing equipment for repair and maintenance
  • Packing and labeling equipment for distribution
  • Managing discrepancies and communicating with stakeholders
  • Performing repair services tasks, including screening, Level 1 testing, and cleaning
  • Acting in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation and company policies

Competencies and Skills:

  • Communication skills to interact with colleagues and external customers
  • Continuous improvement skills to identify and implement process improvements
  • Personal accountability to take responsibility for actions and outcomes
  • Teamwork skills to work collaboratively with others

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Basic IT experience and understanding of occupational health and safety principles
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
