Job Title: Change & Communications Manager

Role Overview:

This is a key position within the organisation, responsible for driving the adoption of HRIS and Payroll systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, and Technology teams to ensure a seamless transition to modernise the company's HR and Payroll capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop change management strategies to enable readiness, adoption, and deliver desired business benefits.
  • Design change tactics that suit the change context and risk profile.
  • Create personalised change journeys for impacted personas.
  • Evaluate the organisation's current preparedness for the change.
  • Partner with experts to document the current state and outline the desired future state.
  • Develop targeted communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Assess employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities in the new environment.
  • Work with the Learning and Development team to design training content.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Payroll systems.
